What our Players are saying…
“When I started working with Coach Doole we put our knowledge together to find that extra gear within me. As a sidearm pitcher, Coach Doole created a training program that suited my needs including throwing drills, banded rotation, and glove side feels. I found myself in better positions and added a cutter into my pitch mix. Overall- with consistent throwing, training, and working one on one with Doole I was able to rebuild the confidence that I needed, gain velocity, and now have a roadmap for success.”
JD Price [Georgia Southwestern]
“Coach Doole was always available to work with, or pick his mind about pitch mechanics or philosophy. He is an expert in the mental side and pitch design, as well as in game sequences and situations. He is one of the smartest guys I know and he was a huge help in my development this summer. Would highly recommend him to pitchers looking to improve in any aspect of pitching. Great guy!”
Zane Brown [Belmont]
“Coach Doole helped me with being able to move the ball and mixing pitches. I went from a 2 pitch pony to mixing 5 pitches in the strike zone in 2 months working with Doole. Would definitely recommend working with him in the future.”
Arren Hash [Bellarmine]
“I learned so much this summer being around Coach Doole, not only on how to develop as a pitcher, but a person as well. He’s one of the most knowledgeable guys I know in the game and he absolutely loves what he does. He’s committed to the process to develop strong, repeatable mechanics to not only maximize success, but also minimize arm injury. It’s been a blessing to have been around him for my freshman summer and I can’t wait to work with him in the coming years.”
Ryan Sweeney [Trevecca Nazarene]
“Coach Doole completely changed the way I thought about my training as a pitcher. I learned how to decrease my disconnections, & how to utilize drill work to throw more efficiently. In two successful Varsity seasons we developed my velocity, command, and pitch mix. I started with Coach having topped out at around 82 mph while sitting in the upper 70s. Today, my velocity has topped at 90 mph and I was sitting around 87-88 by the end of my senior year. I was also able to add two great off-speed pitches.”
Travis Van Dyke [Azusa Pacific]
“Jordan and I began our relationship training alongside one another. It has progressed to a long distance friendship and remote coaching. He always offers helpful insight into my mechanics videos, and he is great at helping me get rid of any arm pain I might have. As a pitcher at Murray State University, I need to be healthy to perform at my best and Coach Doole is always there to assist.
Preston Chaudoin [Murray State]
“Coach Doole is responsible the most direct impact and improvement on my pitching. He had a handful of drills set up for me that were handcrafted to target my specific inefficiencies and to improve my strengths. I instantly went from throwing around 50% strikes to consistently throwing 60% plus. Additionally, my velocity increased from 86-89 in game to sitting 88 and regularly reaching 90-91. He has a strong passion for his work and truly wants all of his players to get better. He’s incredibly knowledgeable but more importantly he can apply his knowledge to make improvements quickly. I’m a huge fan of his work and hope to continue to work with him in the future.
Morgan Davis [Louisville]
“Coach Doole was a phenomenal coach for me and developed me not only as a pitcher but as a person. He is very knowledgeable about pitching mechanics and drills and loves the game of baseball. He also truly cares about arm health, and helping you progress further in your baseball career. Coach Doole was able to come to our Hawks team which was starting to fall apart and struggling to win games. He turned the team arounds completely, leading to 3 tournament wins. Coach Doole was an incredible coach to me and I would highly recommend him.
Cody Mead [Rancho Bernardo HS]
“Coach Doole impacted me as a coach and a friend. Over the course of summer ball he helped me learn new things about pitching mechanics that I had never heard or thought of before. Coach Doole’s experience working with me one on one was super valuable. I would 100% recommend working with him.
Noah Berry [Samford]
“Coach Doole has been incredible in my full understanding of everything that could possibly relate to pitching success. He’s about more than development. I’ve experienced Tread Athletics and Premier Pitching, and Doole is the only coach that I’ve worked with that blends multiple training systems to create success on the mound. During the 2 months I was with him I developed a cutter, better health, and efficient movement patterns. Coach Doole is an awesome dude and he’s fully invested in the pitchers he works with.”
Nick Judd [Trevecca Nazarene]
“He helped me learn what I need to work hard on this offseason, and I feel that his teaching and guidance made me a better pitcher. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to attacking hitters at a high level. He taught me how to throw a good slider that can generate swing and miss from college hitters. We also improved my pre-game routine. He taught me several warm up drills that help get my arm loose as well as some new drill work. I am very thankful that I got to work with Coach Doole this summer and would 100% recommend working with him in the future!”
Andrew Perry [Belmont]
Doole has impacted me by teaching me how to properly move my body down the mound. I have leaned that touching the slope everyday is more beneficial for me. I have worked on incorporating a better drift into my mechanics, and rotating my lower half without cutting myself off by landing early. He has been able to create different drills to create these new movement patterns. He has taught me about how to apply the drills to where they can stick. It’s all about the dosage each day. I would recommend Coach Doole to anyone who needs help with cleaning up their mechanics. If you are lost in how to move he is a great resource, especially if you are returning from injury.”
Harry Cain IV [Kennesaw State]
“I went from topping 81 to topping 90 in two years of work with Coach Doole.”
Talin Gardini [Saint Mary’s]
“Coach Doole is a great coach and even better person. My son is lucky to be part of his training. I highly recommended players of any age to join his program.”
- Alex Martinez
“Coach Doole had a great impact on me, not only as a pitcher, but as an all around player. He is always willing to make time or change his schedule to get you the work you need, which is why I would recommend working with him in the future.”
Jaxon Gottlieb [Helix HS]
“Coach Doole drastically helped our son become a better pitcher. The focus was on arm care and mechanics as opposed to only trying to throw harder. Coach Doole does a great job connecting with his players which helps them increase their confidence. Our son can’t wait to work with him again.”
-Vino Ornelas
“Coach Doole has been working with my son since February and I have seen tremendous growth both physically and mentally on the mound. He has improved his mechanics and helped with increasing his velocity. I really like all of the exercises that he does with him to help with arm care and recovery He has also worked with other pitchers on our team, and all have improved greatly, I strongly recommend coach Doole to any player looking to get to that next level.”
Marty Richardson [CA Bears Baseball Head Coach]

It is clear that he loves what he does and that he thrives on getting players to reach their potential with an emphasis on arm care, solid fundamentals and an infectious positive attitude. He gives his players a full education in the art of pitching and empowers the player to be their best.”
- Brendon O’Brien— Lucas O’Brien [Canyon Crest ‘26]
“I would recommend working with Coach Doole because of how much time and effort he puts in to make sure you have the best form and positioning for when pitching. He has helped me gain velocity and most importantly eliminated my elbow pain. I would definitely recommend him if you are having arm pain or arm path problems.”
- Jett Gottlieb [Helix ‘25]
“Jordan has a great baseball mind and knows pitching inside and out. He literally behaves in the manner of a doctor and specializes in arm safety and maintenance. Jordan is patient, good with my son, and has helped him improve his pitching tremendously. Specifically, on the development of his lower half. I highly recommend Jordan to anybody who wants to develop their child's pitching and arm safety.”
- Justin Charney [Coach]
